I wish the hotel is closer to the central station as others. The hotel is about 1.5 km away from the central station. I need to take a 5 min bus and walk about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. If you have a car, the location will be good because you have a parking space. If you travel by train, it will be much easier to stay closer to the central station. Room size and cleanliness are ok.

Nice 80/90s style hotel with dogs allowed

Reasonably priced hotel a bit from the center of Helsingborg close to main roads. Nice and clean rooms although the age is showing. Kind of 80/90s retro hotel style. Breakfast incl. was good. Coffee to go as well. Staff friendly and helpful. Dogs allowed a huge plus. Not a fan of the hotel soap/shampoo. A citrus smell at first but with a lingering after smell of old feet. I recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience

After a long trip, we checked in and were given no information whatsoever – not even about breakfast time or location. No mention of what the hotel offers or any basic guidance. For travelers like us, who had been on the road for a while, this was extremely unhelpful. We weren’t even sure how many nights we had booked. The room had no AC, no fridge, and was unbearably hot. Worst of all, there was a constant smell of sewage – it was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast service was chaotic. I had to personally ask the staff to refill basic items like glasses, pancakes, bread, and yogurt. It felt like no one knew what they were doing. Not a single smile or welcoming gesture from anyone during our stay. The entire staff seriously needs to reflect on whether this line of work is really for them. Due to the overall poor quality of the stay, we demanded compensation for this awful experience – which says a lot about how far from acceptable the standard really was. Overall, a horrible experience. Management needs to take a serious look at both service quality and staff attitude. We will definitely not be returning.

Dåligt att personalen dukar av bordet innan man har hunnit komma tillbaka efter att ha gått för att hämta mer frukost. När jag kom tillbaka till mitt bord efter ett par minuter ,så satt det ett nytt par där som trodde att det var ledigt. Prioritera också gärna påfyllning av kaffe och juice.Det är oftast det första man tar.Påfyllning av andra rätter på frukosten kan man vänta på , men att få en kopp kaffe är viktigt ! I övrigt är jag väldigt nöjd med min vistelse.Personalen i receptionen var mycket artig och hjälpsam vid in och utcheckning !
