Terrible experience

After a long trip, we checked in and were given no information whatsoever – not even about breakfast time or location. No mention of what the hotel offers or any basic guidance. For travelers like us, who had been on the road for a while, this was extremely unhelpful. We weren’t even sure how many nights we had booked. The room had no AC, no fridge, and was unbearably hot. Worst of all, there was a constant smell of sewage – it was absolutely disgusting. Breakfast service was chaotic. I had to personally ask the staff to refill basic items like glasses, pancakes, bread, and yogurt. It felt like no one knew what they were doing. Not a single smile or welcoming gesture from anyone during our stay. The entire staff seriously needs to reflect on whether this line of work is really for them. Due to the overall poor quality of the stay, we demanded compensation for this awful experience – which says a lot about how far from acceptable the standard really was. Overall, a horrible experience. Management needs to take a serious look at both service quality and staff attitude. We will definitely not be returning.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier. Wir hatten ein etwas abgewohntes Zimmer zur Schnellstraße raus. Somit leider sehr laut. Das Bad war sauber aber könnte modernisiert werden. Nach dem duschen von vier Personen schwamm das ganze Bad. Das Frühstück war Standard und ausbaufähig. Pluspunkt der kostenlose Parkplatz und sehr guter, freundlicher Service vom Personal. Fußläufig ist man schnell in der Stadt.

Huone oli nuhruinen, hämärä ja remontin tarpeessa. Ikkuna oli koko ajan auki ilman mahdollisuutta sulkea sitä. Tosin sitä oli pakko pitää auki huonon ilmanvaihdon vuoksi. Hissit eivät toimineet kunnolla ja niiden odotteluun meni paljon aikaa. Huonekortit lakkasivat toimimasta joka päivä klo 11 ja ne täytyi käydä uusimassa joka päivä. Aamupala oli vaatimaton. Ylhäällä oli kivat saunatilat. Henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt kertaakaan.

Trevligt hotell med fina rum och sköna sängar. Frukosten skulle serveras från kl 6 vilket passade oss men när vi kom så fanns det endast lite youghurt och lite pålägg. Klockan blev nästan halv sju innan det var klart och det är inte inte okej.

Vi overnattede på hotellet i forbindelse med familiebesøg og havde generelt et rigtig godt ophold. Check-in var hurtig og nem, og vi blev mødt af venligt og hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Vi var fire personer på værelset, og størrelsen passede perfekt til vores behov. Der var god plads til både bagage og personlige ejendele, og indretningen var moderne og funktionel. Vi fandt dog aldrig ud af, om det var muligt selv at styre temperaturen på værelset, men heldigvis kunne vinduet åbnes. Den almindelige seng var meget komfortabel med gode madrasser, puder og dyner, og vi sov godt. Sovesofaen var desværre ikke helt på samme niveau. Madrassen var ret tynd, og vi oplevede også, at hverken madras eller sengetøj virkede helt rent ved ankomst. Renligheden på hotellet var generelt god, men der manglede lidt opmærksomhed på detaljerne, særligt i hjørner og omkring håndvasken. Morgenmaden var fin og levede op til forventningerne med et klassisk udvalg af kontinentale morgenmadsprodukter. Det største plus er uden tvivl beliggenheden. Hotellet ligger tæt på centrum, og der er flere muligheder i området for familier med børn. Samtidig er det et prisvenligt valg, hvor morgenmad er inkluderet, hvilket giver god værdi for pengene. Et par forbedringer kunne være mere grundig rengøring og mulighed for at koge vand på værelset. Alt i alt et godt og prisrigtigt hotel, som vi gerne ville overveje igen ved et fremtidigt besøg i Helsingborg
