“I have to admit that, in my case, I didn’t enjoy at all. Staff is so inflexible, I was in a business trip. Impossible to get a cold sandwich after 9pm (arrived at 9:07) no other options in town except an Indian. The hotel is pet friendly which I like but for the rest not an option for me. A pity because I was expecting something different. The rooms are fine but too many steps and a bit caotic ”

“The staff were exceptional as we had gone to visit a very poorly friend. Our plans changed yesterday and today hourly and we were allowed to stay in their carpark until we left just after 2 pm. Our friend is home from hospital but have not had chance to catch up but we enjoyed our time in Thirsk a beautiful place great for shopping ”

“My family of three stayed in the Nidderdale EnSuite room. It was plenty big enough and the beds were very comfortable. Nice touches included tea and biscuits awaiting our arrival in our room. We did not partake in breakfast due to other plans with family, but I have no doubt it would have been lovely. Amanda had great communication prior to our stay. I would definitely recommend it.”
