Great Stay with great food

Hotel was amazing very good service, great food and great breakfast, amenities where very good, record player, fan, coffee machine in room great touch. Very welcoming. However room was very small but amenities made up for it.

Great little place!

Really loved this place for its stylish boutique vibes, very comfy and clean room, lovely staff and perfect central location plus on the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again.

My niece and I really enjoyed our stay at the Riva. It's a small, intimate hotel with bar that is very nicely appointed and beautifully decorated. Fabulous location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfy beds and excellent shower!

Fantastic boutique hotel. Located on the the front in Helensburgh. Nice bar and restaurant, very nice room and ensuite. Staff were very helpful and the one evening meal we had was really good. The staff were very accommodating with out son from the base coming down to share breakfast with us. We will definitely be staying again.

They did delete a few items from their Gluten Free list for food, breakfast is not a cooked one anymore also. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean location and in the center of the town.

Overall everything was great. Staff friendly, hotel clean, good breakfast and central to everything. The only thing for us was the beds were very soft but that's just a personal preference.

1 night stopover. Room small but comfortable and all we needed supplies with a nice touch of even a record player and records in the room. Hotel furnished and decorated really well, foid excellent and staff friendly and efficient (especially Poppy)
