Locate on the shoreline of Helensburgh & very close to event hall I was attending. Room with no view but it was a lovely cosy room onsuite beautifully decorated fabulous mirrior. Bar lovely atmosphere, staff genuine happy to help out. Lucky to park outside it but theres a big carpark not too far away.

A nice sea front hotel. We had a back twin room which was just big enough. Well decorated with a good bathroom. The breakfast was a buffet with some hot food…very high quality. No parking but it’s free for an hour and free parking is next to see the sea 3 minutes walk away Only real minor issue was the lighting in the bathroom which was so poor I couldn’t have a shave

Location is great, free parking over at the leisure club. (Facing the property). Rooms were clean, spacious and had all the amenities required for pleasant stay. (Hair dryer, iron/board, coffee machine etc). The only thing that let the property down was the cold welcome of the Manager and lack of customer service. If it wasn't for the helpful young guy who works the bar who checked us in, it wld have been 1 star rating.

Our room was spotlessly clean and had a quirky record player which was fun. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and genuinely attentive. We ate dinner which was delicious and nicely presented. Breakfast was continental style with lots of choice. All round an excellent stay. Would come back.

Good base for our visit . Staff very helpful and cheery .Loved our lil record player such fun . Heating always on in bathroom . Very hot under foot . Breakfast was continental . Not the best . If we had stayed one more night I dont think we would have bothered

The friendliness of the staff is top-notch and everywhere is so clean. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there was a lack of vegan awareness. Although my meal on the first night was tasty it didn't include any protein. There were no vegan wines available but they kindly let me bring some vegan wine I had in the car in to have with my meal. They certainly made up for this by providing avocado, oat milk and a vegan yoghurt for breakfast - this effort was really appreciated. Thank you.
