Breakfast was unbelievable and everything in my room was spotless and so comfy! The cook for breakfast was very kind AND a good cook! The front desk person helped me a lot with the remote for the tv(I couldn't find it), and the air conditioning for the room.

Staff was great. Super friendly. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quite awkward with a super small space for the toilet and shower and sink on the outside. Made to order breakfast was an impressive touch and quite good. If we were in the area again, we would definitely look into staying here again.

The young lady at the desk said there would be popcorn at 5 … we left at 5 to pick up take-out … returned, still no popcorn. No elevator so we had to lug up luggage to second floor. Thermostat in room didn’t seem to work … air conditioner, which made more than a little noise, ran all night. We didn’t need heating, but the heat register on the wall is falling off the wall. The water flows violently from the water faucet, but is a mix of spraying and flowing, making it difficult to shave and brush teeth. But it was clean, the over-easy eggs were fine and the hash browns were good.
