The hotel was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great, easy to get a U-Haul in and out of in the dirt lot beside the hotel. Amenities were nice, bed was comfy.

The photos attached to booking is not what you will get, poor advertising. Very old hotel, no space between beds, no breakfast is available even though it was advertised. Pool hadn’t been cleaned for weeks, not accessible for everyone. Checked in and out within 10 minutes. Would not recommend to anyone.☹️😖

When we arrived, I tried running my card to pay and they said that I did not pay, even though I literally had the money on the card. I called my bank and they confirmed that the funds were pending and out. Receptionist insisted it was not paid and said that if we wanted to stay, we could pay cash for one night and the rest will go through the next day. He had made it a point to say, "you're safe, you don't have to worry, you drove so long" making us uncomfortable. We decided to leave to get other accommodations. I did get the hold from the hotel off and get my money back. Still not sure how much I would want to go back as I didn't feel safe in the area, and it looked different from the photos.

Pretty run down place, and I am NOT picky, though cheap. Water pressure in sink poor, though shower was strong. I was "greeted" by a hair ball, and what looked like dog hair. Mattress was sad. Shower curtain only covered about 80% of the space, so water sprayed in toilet and sink when showering. Door lock was finicky for room 242, though it looked like other rooms were fine. Rug worn badly. You get what you pay for. a conditioning very good parking fine Pool not open and filled w garbage

We did not stay at this hotel. The clerk was so nice that we hated to cancel after checking in (but before moving in). However ... The property is in a location we weren't comfortable parking our car. The exterior of the building and the parking lot need lots of attention -- not overly dirty, just really battered looking. We did arrive before check-in time, and the one available room was clean but had a huge dip in the floor. The cleaner was working on the room next door while blaring rap music. On the way to the room we got to look behind the building, and there seemed to be a bit of a homeless encampment there. The final straw was that the one window in the room was in the covered alleyway between the buildings, so no sunlight and no privacy. Since we planned to stay 3 nights, we knew we had to walk away, something we have never done before. The hotel management seemed to take it in stride and, to their credit, they did not charge a penalty for late "cancellation."

The beds were mismatched. Sheets were very rough and piling up. My skin felt terrible and I couldnt sleep. There were what looked like blood stains on the box spring and the box spring and mattress was torn in places. The Staff seemed friendly though.

The old lady at the front desk doesn't know what she is doing. She is rude beyond belief. Instead of taking responsibility for things, she quickly blamed housekeeping, the nightshift clerk, and the morning clerk. I don't need to hear you trash talk your coworkers. The housekeeper tries to hit on everyone, and he also trash talks his coworkers. I do not understand why he told me all about the morning clerks sex life, because that is extremely unprofessional. I don't really understand why the morning clerk is catching the most hell by her coworkers, because she seemed to be the only one who apologized for the condition of things, and offered a way to make it right. I guess the housekeeper thinks making up lies about a woman that is clearly way more successful than he is makes him more desirable and I guess the old lady thinks badmouthing her makes herself look more competent? Sorry, but it doesn't work that way! I found the morning clerk to be knowledgeable, down to earth, and very friendly. However the rest of the staff, minus the night clerk, is terrible. The boss should replace them unless he wants to continue to lose business. My room was pretty dirty. Remote didn't work for the TV. It sounded like everyone parties all the time. Didn't get much sleep. I would consider coming back if several staff members were replaced.

Just passing through for one night on our drive from Mexico back to Canada. You get what you pay for, I guess. Overflowing garbage cans, long-term drug user tenants, and obvious drug deals in the parking lot. Shared a paper-thin wall with a loud mentally ill gentleman who yelled at himself all night. Bathroom stank of pee and I can't imagine what diseases might lurk in that bedspread. Sheets and towels were clean though, and all appliances worked. Would not recommend unless you you have a good sense of adventure.

No phone, no lights,no motor car, not a single luxery...yes, Gilligan had it better. We got a single bed room and we weren't expecting much, but it got comical. Here's the list of missing items that should be a must in any motel room but were missing from this one.: working dead-bolt, internet, phone, t.v. (since there was no internet), plug in outlets except for 1 wall, hand soap, (shampoo too), and I believe there was supposed be be breakfast. But we did get two fly strips hanging off the bathroom mirror that were pretty full, and a branch (a literal tree branch) to keep the window locked. Frankly, the bed was comfortable, the heater worked, we had toilet paper, and quiet neighbors.

Negatives: Carpets dirty, burn holes and several stains on bed spread, dark substance splashed on walls and dripped down, and heat/air unit was rusted and very loud and difficult to regulate, deadbolt would not work, lamp shade above bed was crushed on one side, Shower curtain held up with zip ties; property had several trash cans, but bags of trash piled around overflowing cans all 3 days. July 3 and pool was empty except for dark green sludge on the bottom. Sign stated “closed for winter”. We didn’t feel we even wanted to try breakfast… the lobby was not clean, had trash on the floor in the vending machine room and lobby area. Positives: K bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Bathroom was clean and good working order. Staff was nice. I thought I was getting a great deal through Expedia for a good room. Photos on the site were very deceptive, nothing like actual property. We were extremely disappointed. I’ve paid similar prices at much higher quality bargain properties.

I would not stay at this hotel again even if it were offered to me for free. We walked into the room, took one look around, and left within minutes to stay at another hotel nearby (Days Inn — clean, neat, and safe, just a few minutes away). From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we felt unsafe. There were sketchy individuals lingering around, and the whole place had the atmosphere of drug activity or other suspicious behavior. The staff at check-in was unprofessional — a young teenager barely spoke a word, and the lobby itself was dirty and unwelcoming. The condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable. It smelled horrible, the counters and bathroom were filthy, and the bedding looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. The sheets were stained, and the carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed in over a year. We didn’t even bother telling the front desk we were leaving because we knew there was no chance of getting a refund. I’m not usually picky when it comes to quick overnight stays during travel, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’d rather pay three times the price than ever return to this place.

The price was by far the best feature. The room did not contain a wastebasket. There was a TV on the wall but no sign of a controller to operate it. The air conditioner was very noisy. There were clean towels and a bar of soap, that was nice.

Hotel is run down. We got there at 9pm and our room was not ready even though it wascpre paid 2 months in advance. Asked us to come back in a hour. Came back, still not ready. Did finally give us a room they do not rent and the key did not work. Had 2 beds and a bathroom but i would not walk on the carpet or sit on the comforter. But the sheets and bathroom were clean, at lest.
