The location was the best part!!! Older hotel but room was clean. Our bed springs squeaked but other than that it was perfect for us. Breakfast is barely anything which was the main downside.

The young lady that checked us in, Katherine was gracious, friendly and made sure all amenities advertised were available to us. The motel was very clean, comfortable and quiet as it was off the main road but close enough to easily walk to shops and restaurants.

The location next to the river and within walking distance of the downtown area is perfect. The cabins need a little work, but they are spacious and have everything you need. We had some trouble with the hot water, but the staff were attentive and courteous, especially Osvaldo. We will definitely go back.

Great quiet place to stay in Helen.. Anytime we head that way to trail ride the jeeps and the cabins are the go to .. very private and peaceful not to mention right on the river....

No hot water for our two night stay. Good location but nothing matters if you are not able to be clean. No restitution at all. I’m sure that never happened to the manager. Room was made up but underlying filth. It’s worrisome how the linens and towels were cleaned and sanitized. Ruined our vacation. You work all year for vacation for that. Not even the basics.

Fantastic place to stay in Helen! Both secluded and yet a two minute walk from downtown. The young lady working the front desk was INCREDIBLE, so helpful and kind. Room was clean and the property is incredibly well taken care of. Best of all... incredibly comfortable beds! 5 stars!

Nice location close to the main Helen attractions. Reasonable rates, clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, right on the river with easy access, swings and seating on the river bank. Parking is a little tight and rooms are up one level with a nice sloped walking ramp for easy access.
