Yes pet friendly. Easy parking. Thats about it. Dog park disgusting. Poop everywhere including parking lot. My wife and I had to walk down the hill near the road for my dog to go the bathroom.Trash wasnt picked up and trash cans over fill least 3 days. Breakfast over cooked. Bathroom figures where broke Staff was nice. For being in Helen I would to be have way nice.

We stayed here for one night, last minute. It was a good stay for the price. The room was clean and the hotel is walking distance to Cool River Tubing. The walls are very thin so you will hear your neighbors if you are a light sleeper. Easily fixed by ear plugs or bringing a loud fan.

The place is so close to the middle of town. It’s super convenient to most things by walking. The breakfast didn’t wow me. Coffee wasn’t good. The staff were friendly but we only really ran into them when we checked in or out. The rooms were not cleaned at all. The floors were super messy. You didn’t want to take your shoes off. The toilet paper holder was falling out the wall. Just looked super dirty on the floor. Dusts. Cockroach pieces. German roach was seen in my room. The tables and cabinet in the room looked disgusting. Just didn’t feel comfortable. Would have been a different experience if more cleaning would have taken place.
