Good location, ok breakfast. The hotel is older, so has no elevator. I had to carry all luggage up and down stairs… Breakfast was ok, but sure the water in coffee etc was filtered… tasted funny.

Nice motel in North GA mountains

It was pouring rain on friday night when we arrived for a family wedding the next day. The first thing we discovered was that the toilet didn't flush properly. We called the front office and someone was there within 5 minutes to fix it. This is an older motel, but the maintenance man (owner?) told us it would be completely remodeled by next year. Even though the bathroom needed updating, it was spotlessly clean. The bed was too firm for us and we didn't sleep that well, but hopefully the bed will be updated by next year too. I'm assuming the rates were higher than normal because it was October in the north GA mountains and demand is high.

Great location and friendly staff

The room was clean, large, includes a couch, refrigerator, and microwave. The king size bed had a good mattress but the wood furniture needs updating. The TV was an older analog version but they offer good cable choices and also free WiFi. A full breakfast was included with the room which made the stay a great value.

Comfortable stay

We stayed in this Comfort Inn and Suites for one night with our daughter and her friend. It is very conveniently located, there are numerous restaurants, grocery stores and discount stores nearby. Our room was clean and smelled just fine. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff kept it supplied nicely. I really have no complaints. The price was also good

This hotel room was not overly cleanly. There was rust on all of the bathroom "stainless steel", tiles were missing from the wall, the upholstery on the desk chairs was heavily stained and I had 2 bugs in my room.

There was a bug smashed against the inside of the front door. The small refrigerator in the room made all sorts of noise, so I unplugged it. There was a coffee maker, but no pot. I won't go there again.

needs work

The room was adequate , shower was hot , but the carpets are very dingy and dirty looking however it did not in fairness smell dirty. There were cobwebs on the door , I was there for an event in the area and wasn't staying but one night if this had been an extended stay , I would have moved to another location .

Close to Gorge

Front desk staff were extremely polite, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was well prepared and very nice selection. Room was clean overall however carpets in the 2 rooms we had were terribly stained and in desparately need of replacement. Price seemed a bit on the high side but probably in line with other hotels in the area so no major issues there. Except for the carpets, I would recommend this hotel to others and stay there again myself.

Older hotel, could be nice.

Found a big wad of hair(20 or so) on the shower wall. Made me think what else they would have missed if they missed something that obvious. Never felt quite comfortable with the cleanliness after that.

Older hotel but could be nice. Not terrible but would not stay there again. We instantly saw a huge glob of 20 long hairs on the wall of the shower and some strays in the tub. If they didn't clean the obvious imagine what else they slacked off on. Never felt comfortable after that. Luckily it was a one night pass through.

Great hotel, friendly staff.

It's an older hotel, but the rooms and bathrooms (3) were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay there again and will definitely recommend to friends!
