The staff at Hampton Inn in Helen were extremely helpful and personable. They went beyond expectations, even making sure fresh cookies were available when we returned for the evening. The breakfast was not as extensive as other Hampton Inn locations, but the food was hot and fresh. Our stay there was very pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Helen, the location was great, right on the Chattahoochee River and not a far walk to restaurants, parks, shopping, and the mountain coaster. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the cookies that were served daily in the lobby. I liked the swings and benches that were placed down by the river, it was a great place to relax. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was a little aged but overall it was a great stay.

The check-in/check-out process was flawless. The staff was very friendly and offered us fresh-baked cookies upon arrival. It is very conveniently located to EVERYTHING in Helen being just a block on the main street. The river runs right through the back of the property and is accessible from the pool area. Great location!

Cannot say enough good about this place. The rooms were clean and spacious. The entire property is clean and well landscaped. The staff were are very helpful and nice. They had great food options and lots of snacks and drinks available. This hotel is also within walking distance to pretty much everything on the .ain road through Helen. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

The Hotel was on the edge of town, but was in reasonable walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It is beside the river so there isn't a ground floor and there is only one elevator, so please be patient. The staff was helpful, breakfast bar was good, and it has access to the river and a pool.
