The check-in/check-out process was flawless. The staff was very friendly and offered us fresh-baked cookies upon arrival. It is very conveniently located to EVERYTHING in Helen being just a block on the main street. The river runs right through the back of the property and is accessible from the pool area. Great location!

Cannot say enough good about this place. The rooms were clean and spacious. The entire property is clean and well landscaped. The staff were are very helpful and nice. They had great food options and lots of snacks and drinks available. This hotel is also within walking distance to pretty much everything on the .ain road through Helen. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

The Hotel was on the edge of town, but was in reasonable walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It is beside the river so there isn't a ground floor and there is only one elevator, so please be patient. The staff was helpful, breakfast bar was good, and it has access to the river and a pool.
