Vacations Close To Heise Hot Springs

Due to car problems we were a day late from our reservation. I called the motel and explained to please not cancel our reservation and we will pay for the night that we would not yet arrive. They agreed and expressed no problem. When we arrived they had canceled our reservation. Fortunately they had a room available however charged us a much higher rate. They made the mistake and charged us almost twice the rate

It was alright. The place is old. You can see the old carpet in the cracks next to the cabinets. They did not provide shampoo and conditioner in the room. When we called they only had shampoo. Hair dryers were not available. It was expensive for what we got. No breakfast and yet it was over $100 and no conditioner or hair dryers. It was clean and the bed was better to sleep on than it looks. But not what I would expect for over $100 stay per night.

This was our 50th Anniversary celebration with our family. A wonderful week at Yellowstone and the house was perfect for our needs. A few minor feedback items. Three of four clip for hot tub cover are missing, the doorstop for front door was broken. Someone had tried to stick it back with aluminum foil. Not successful. Foam mattress covers should be stored somewhere beside in bedroom closets which renders the closet unusable. Otherwise all was wonderful. Best stocked place we have ever stayed.

Stay in a tent on the side of the road it will be better then this place

To expensive for how old the place looked and the bathroom smells like cigarettes. Shower head was nasty looking. It was old and rusty.
