Personeel was vriendelijk, ondanks dat ze extra hard moesten werken vanwege onderbezetting. Kamer was redelijk, maar badkamer had schimmel. Vocht blijft lang hangen waarschijnlijk omdat het systeem gedateerd is. Locatie is mooi

Hotel, voorzieningen, ontbijt etc. is allemaal prima. Alleen was er op de dag dat wij kwamen overdag een personeelsfeest met s`avonds tot 1:30 in de nacht een disco in het restaurant. Wij hadden kamer 24 direct boven het restaurant. Het was vanwege het lawaai onmogelijk om te slapen tot 1:30. Je kreeg alles, de muziek, het meezingen, het schreeuwen etc. woord voor voor mee. Het personeel had ons bij inchecken moeten waarschuwen dat er die avond een dergelijk feest was en ons de keuze moeten geven een andere kamer te nemen. De volgende ochtend hierover geklaagd en het antwoord van het personeel was dat wij ons die avond hadden moeten melden, dan hadden we wellicht een andere kamer kunnen krijgen. Maar wij waren al geheel geïnstalleerd op onze kamer en lagen al in bed. En omdat er bij het inchecken niets over gezegd was, gingen we er van uit dat dit niet zo lang zou duren en daarom niet gebeld of naar de receptie gegaan. Al met al dus een hele nare ervaring wat eenvoudig voorkomen had kunnen worden als men dat bij inchecken had gemeld.

Hotel ist nicht schlecht. Sauna kostet extra 15€, sollte bei einem 4sterne Hotel incl.sein. Kostenloses Zimmerupgrade war super. Frühstück für 21€ war sehr übersichtlich. Leider gab es keine Spiegeleier oder weich gekochte Eier.

An sich ein guter Aufenthalt, nur bei Anreise sehr wenig infos bekommen bzw garkeine: Karte hingelegt und gesagt wo das Zimmer ist, (keine weiteren Infos zum Hotel oder sonstigem) ich kenne das anders. In unseren Zimmer hat alles gepasst! Nur die Dusche lief nicht sehr geschmeidig ab..evtl mal das nochmal kontrollieren bei Gelegenheit. Ansonsten alles fein :)

Ja das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen älter aber es war zumindestens was wir gesehen haben weder schmutzig noch abgenutzt. Das bei dem Alter nicht mehr alles neu und modern ist ist aber auch verständlich. Das Personal war nett. Das Zimmer sauber und die Betten bequem. Nur eine Klimaanlage hat uns gefehlt weil man im Sommer bei offenen Fenster wegen der Lage schnell alles voller Mücken usw hat. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
