Freundlicher Empfang, geräumiges Badezimmer, bequemes Bett mit tollem Blick aus dem achten Stock und abwechslungsreiches leckeres Frühstücksbuffet …. alles hat gepasst. Einziger Minuspunkt: Zugang mit Karte zum Zimmer funktionierte schon eine Viertelstunde vor dem check out nicht mehr und man musste dafür extra an Rezeption vorstellig werden. Anderen Gästen ging es ebenso.

Die Parkhaus Regelungen wurden mir falsch erklärt, sodass ich am Ende deutlich mehr zahlen musste und es wurde daraufhin auch nur mit den Schultern gezuckt. Bei meinen Kollegen war es genauso.

Sehr freundliches Personal, hat sich super gekümmert. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Der Fitnessraum ist klein und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist zentral, der Bahnhof fußläufig erreichbar.

Erst grosse Freude, dann Enttäuschung!

Hotel und Unterbringung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Enttäuscht waren wir aber von unserem Besuch im Restaurant des Hotels. Dort wurden wir, abweichend von dem sonst sehr freundlichen Personal, sehr abweisend behandelt: Unsere Reservierung, an der Rezeption erfolgt und bestätigt, wurde in pampiger Art und Weise in Abrede gestellt und uns dann ein Tisch zugewiesen, der für uns völlig inakzeptabel war: klein, eingezwängt zwischen anderen Tischen und ohne jegliche Intimität. Eine Alternative gab es angeblich nicht. Wir waren dann im Ratskeller essen und sehr begeistert! Das Hotel können wir in jedem Fall empfehlen, das Restaurant eher nicht. Anneliese E.
