lovely stay at this hotel. Disappointed no bar on Sunday evening and air conditioning didn’t get very cool, but great food and views. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Park hotel is roomy, clean and newer. There is more than ample onsite parking and the staff is accommodating, professional and friendly. The room was very well done with a large modern bath with walkin shower.

First time - will come back

In a city that is not necessarily a tourist attraction by itself, the hotel took me by surprise. Good in shape, everything looking rather new and well maintained. Rooms spacious enough and a nice beer garden/restaurant in the back (just a few more waiters would be good). Breakfast for 22 Euro is a lot though, there is a bakery just 60 m across the street. Once in the region, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Wich we had another day here!

The most amazing corner room with windows across 2 full walls. Beautiful room, very nice hotel excellently situated and the buffet breakfast was incredible! A dedicated selection for my gluten free requirement, fruit, meat, cheese, cereals, breads, a chef manned hot dish station for pancakes, omelets etc. Mimosas, juices, cappachino machine.... freaking amazing. We tried to rearrange our trip to spend an extra day just because this hotel was so fantatic.

Hotel looks prestige . Very modern and comfort. Yet , main purpose of a hotel is to have a place to sleep. I called the hotel in advance to ask about their air condition which was said to be working . I had a terrible night as air condition does not cool the room enough and I had a ventinlator

Wonder experience, great German hospitality,

Check in was easy, all good english speaking staff, Parking was a little tricky at first, but found it on second go, it is located beside the fuel station opposite the hotel entrance, then you park underground, easy access to the hotel from there. Room as spotless, everything you need, beds super comfy, and the best of all mini bar stocked, and replaced everyday, excellent service, Breakfast was okay, but remember, at 10am, its over, and i mean, bang on the button, so ensure you have all your food by then. Location is excellent right beside the S Bahn, and shops etc.

I had a very pleasant stay. However there was no warm water for 2 consecutive days. Apparently a problem with the heat supplier. That can happened, however the issue was handle poorly, no communication or any token of apology.

Wir waren mit einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft (ca. 10 Zimmer) im Parkhotel Heilbronn und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel bietet einen schönen Rahmen für solche Anlässe. Die Suite können wir besonders empfehlen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: In manchen Situationen – z. B. als wir mit 13 Personen in der Panorama Bar saßen oder etwas vor dem offiziellen Check-in auf die Zimmer legen wollten – war die erste Reaktion des Personals eher abweisend, mit dem Hinweis, wir hätten das vorher ankündigen sollen. Am Ende wurde aber alles möglich gemacht und das Personal war letztlich freundlich und entgegenkommend. Bei einer größeren Gruppe, die auch entsprechend Umsatz macht, wäre von Anfang an etwas mehr Kulanz wünschenswert gewesen. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen würden.
