A lovely hotel in the centre of Heilbronn. Nice, clean room. All the amenities I needed, possibly another bottle or water and coffee machine would have made it even better. Spa area was superb. I'd have eaten in the restaurant if it hadn't shut early (8 pm). Very good. Would stay again.

We were here last year and this year. We like this classy hotel.....its in the very center of Heilbronn and offers all the comfort you can ask for. Good beds, good food incl. Sushi. Highly recommendable!

Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed

Hotel que merece a recomendação,. Situado em uma ilha no canal do rio Neckar, área nobre da cidade. Fácil acesso da Hauptbahnhof, com estacionamento, próximo do Boulevard na margem do rio, onde estão os bons restaurantes da cidade. Café da manhã de ótima qualidade, funcionários atenciosos, quarto de bom tamanho e banheiro perfeito. Tudo com aspecto novo e agradável. Perfeito para uma boa estada em Heilbronn.

Beleeft persoon hoge afwerking van de kamers, schakelaar van de badkamer was alleen defect waardoor de verlichting moeilijk aan te zetten was. Hadden een superieur kamer geboekt met de gedachte dat we een kingsize bed hadden echter bestond het bed uit 2 losse bedden en 2 losse dekens.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch persönlich. Wir hatten uns ein Eckzimmer mit Dusche gewünscht und unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Ein schöner Blick auf die alten Neckararme und das Experimenta. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt und alles ist fußläufigzu erreichen. Den Indoor-Pool hatten wir uns nur angeschaut, aber ist groß genug um schön schwimmen zu können.
