Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed

Im Großen und Ganzen war unser Aufenthalt im Insel Hotel Heilbronn gut. Die Zimmerauswahl wirkt etwas willkürlich. Der Pool und Wellness Bereich ist in Ordnung, jedoch empfand ich den Pool als ziemlich kalt, was insbesondere für unser Kleinkind ungünstig war. Das Silvester-Menü hat uns enttäuscht, auch wenn sie auf meinen individuellen Wunsch teils einging. Leider bestand bspw. mein Feldsalat tatsächlich nur aus Feldsalat – ohne den auf der Karte angekündigten Mandel-Crunch oder weitere Zutaten. Das wirkte leider etwas einfallslos. Mein Hauptgericht war hingegen vergleichsweise besser. Insgesamt ein solider Aufenthalt, aber einige Aspekte könnten mit mehr Sorgfalt und Flexibilität verbessert werden.
