The staff was all very much well above average. We came in at 11 pm very tired, the staff member, was the best ever. I highly recommend, the staff member, as he went out of his way to be excellent and kind.

Familiar Premier Inn good value accommodation in a popular tourist destination. This particular hotel, although only a 15 minute walk from the main station and transport options into the old town, suffers from being located in the midst of major building work in this area of the town. A better Located Premier Inn would be the ‘City Zentrum’ which is also a short walk from the station and actually on the tram line into the old town. Next time I will choose that one. Otherwise a good stay!

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast. A little bit further away from old town and main sights but this reflects in the price. Public transport only a few minutes away on foot and will take to main area in Heidelberg.

The hotel is good and the staff is friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The problem we had was with our welcome to the hotel. We travelled by train to Heidelberg and did not have a lot of control over when we got to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm (check in time 3pm). When we tried to check in, we were told we were a little early, but if we paid 20 Euro extra we could check in. Most every hotel we stay at has a check in time, but will not enforce it if a room is available. The 20 Euro offer implies that a room is available but we can only enter it if we pay extra. This greeting when we arrived is enough for us to remember to not reserve a room at a Premier Inn again.

Very welcoming check in and friendly staff. Hotel looks new and very clean rooms and communal areas. Underground car parking is available for a fee and directly connected to the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of the main station, from where buses and trams are available into the centre. The only downside to this hotel is it is quite a long walk to the centre of Heidelberg (about 20 minutes). The area around the hotel felt quite safe though.

Good but with weak and noexistent room cleaning.

Very friendly staff. Near tram to centre city. Good breakfast, with a modest menu. Room cleaning was almost zero. We had to ask for change of towels and for roll of toilet paper. When cleaning service was asked they merely changed towels and did nothing else such as empty bins or make beds or clean bathroom. Nothing done with the excuse they were making contribution to saving the planet.

Vlak bij het treinstation, echter in de hotelkamers niets van gehoord. Moderne kamers, goed bed, goede douche en parkeer voorzieningen met laadpaal waren prima in orde. Van hier is het een paar km lopen naar het stadscentrum, voor ons geen enkel probleem.
