Gut: Saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Freundlicher Personal Hotel befindet sich ganz oben auf dem Berg, in der Nähe vom Schloss Heidelberg. Leicht zu atmen wegen den Bäume, wunderschön! Frische Brötchen morgens Könnte besser sein: Mehr Aufmerksamkeit beim putzen des Zimmers Gibt's keine Zahnpaste, obwohl Duschgel und Seife übrig sind. Beim Frühstück gibt's kein Omelett oder Rührei, keine heisse Würstchen. Sonst alles reicht. Manchmal muß man dem Personal dran erinnern, dass manche Sachen schon leer sind. Am sonsten sind wir zufrieden mit allem. Dankeschön. Würde empfehlen!!!

This was a nice quiet place to stay away from the busy town, but still within a short walk from the Schloss Heidelberg. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Atlantic Park Hotell ger full service.

Mycket bra upplevelse hos Atlantic Park Hotel. Personalen väldigt serviceminded, fixade bl.a. oss lite soppa när vi inte kunde gå ner till stan pga kraftigt regn, hela tiden frågade om allt var bra, något vi saknade/undrade. Enda ”nackdelen” är att det ligger lite högt/en bit bort från stadens restauranger mm om man spontant vill gå ut. Vill man på kuppen få lite benträning och röra på sig är det utmärkt. Vi kan oavsett rekommendera hotellet.

Die Villa mit ihrem Garten, den Blick ins Neckartal und den alten Bäumen rundherum lässt einen aufatmen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und trägt zum Wohlfühlen bei. Eine Bitte hätte ich jedoch: Bitte erneuern Sie den Teppich im Flur und Treppenhaus des Nebengebäudes.

Leider war es nicht so berauschend. Der Empfang war herzlich, schnell, und freundlich, sowie die Dame am Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer eine Enttäuschung,,die Spinnweben an der Decke ZUVIEL. Das Bett wurde nur zeilweise gemacht. Das Kissen und das Duvet geschüttelt,kein Leintuch gestreckt,im Badezimmer auch nachlässig gereinigt. Der Herr am Sonntagmorgen am Buffet war mürrisch und unfreundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat das ganze gerettet.Reicht aber nicht für ein zweites mal.

Zugewiesenes Zimmer bei Ankunft sehr kalt. Teil der Heizung defefekt. Sehr großes Zimmer im Stil der 1970er Jahre. Modrig, muffiger Geruch. Nach wiederholter Nachfrage bekamen wir für eine Nacht ein Zimmer im Haupthaus, dasvon der Ausstattung und Heizung in Ordnung war. Am nächten Tag mussten wir wieder in das ursprüngliche Zimmer wechseln. Die defekte Heizung wurde am Samstagmorgen irgendwie gangbar gemacht. Wenn man die Originalwebseite des Hotels anschaut, meinen wir, wir waren im falschen Hotel. Das wird uns hoffentlich nicht mehr passieren.

Hotellet ligger i et skønt naturområde med udsigt til floden. Det ligger i gå afstand til byen og slottet. Man kan ikke spise på hotellet, men få leveret mad. Parkering kan være et problem.

Quiet hotel in the hills next to Heidelberg. Old city center only 10 minutes away. Nice place to slow down and relax. No AC in room, so very warm if it’s hot outside. Staff very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was superb. Typical German breakfast offerings, so don’t expect eggs and bacon or beans and sausages.

Ett hotell som har passerat bäst föredatum för länge sedan. Vi hade bokat ett deluxe rum men blev jättebesvikna då både säng soffa och matta var mycket solkiga o säkert inte utbytta sedan 80-talet. Det luktade damm och unket eftersom städningen inte var den bästa. Dusch o handfat var smutsigt. I övrigt var läget mycket fint o nära slottet med fantastisk vy över staden. Frukosten var ok. Engelskspråkig personal vilket uppskattades.
