Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent from check in to bar staff working in the evening. The lobby and bar area are beautiful and it was a pleasure to relax there with a drink in the evenings. They also offer drink vouchers as an incentive to forego room cleaning, this was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Heidelberg.

Overal the stay was more than okay. We just had trouble with the parking, it said there was space while there wasn’t any space When I went inside to ask where we can safely park they were not very helpfull. The roomservice: the lady who brought our dinner was very friendly, the food however was just not good. Not fresh and it even made me sick.
