There was some confusion at check-in between superior vs premium room. Photos are not accurate as there are many rooms . We skipped housekeeping and were issued a complimentary drink coupon - but the bartender had a tough time redeeming it. Helpful staff, firm bed, good size room. Needs touch up painting . Fantastic rooms for families and in a great location for exploring Heidelberg! Staff were lovely and welcoming and the room is very well equipped. Great new modern looking property, convenient to the tram, wonderful breakfast, super staff - only downside is the room was a bit dark. If coming from the train station, take tram 5, 21 22, 23 or 25 two stops to Stadtbucherie tram stop and walk 400 feet west very flat. If you want to go to old town, just hop on tram 26 about 200 feet from hotel.
