Front desk staff was very nice and we were able to check in earlier than expected which was a relief after a long flight. The room was so pretty, with a view out over the river. The vaulted cellar was also a great space with a nice variety for breakfast. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel the day of checkout while we explored more of Heidelberg. Would stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful and classy and in walking distance of old town and the castle. The staff are helpful and friendly. It was Labor Day holiday so there were a lot of parties and it was loud at night.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It was cozy, right by the places we wanted to visit in Heidelberg, and staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was actually quite spacious, and had a wardrobe, desk, and a small love seat as well. Our room overlooked the river, which was lovely too.

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and the place was clean and beautiful and very comfortable for us. We were in the unit on the top floor that had two bedrooms so we have views out on the river and into old town that were stunning.

Nice villa right on the river and a block over from the pedestrian zone. The top floor suite was clean and comfortable, although a tall person would have issues walking around with the slanted ceilings.
