Depending where the room is you can hear the traffic going past in the evening & mornings but overall alovely stay. That's why we keep going back and also you have a choice of breakfast part of the deal.”

“From the outside the property had old style appeal and parking which was a positive however when taken to our room this was at the back of the property and you had to pass washing hanging online, a laundry shed and general toot and tat. The entrance to the stairway to the room went past the back of the kitchen where the door was permanently open so you heard all the usual professional kitchen noises.. “We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay.”
