The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well layed out. The adult pool area was very nice and relaxing. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely will go back.

My wife and I took our family to the resort for our 4 year old son’s birthday. We had a great time rooms were nice, staff was very friendly. The kids pool was great for our kids (4 year old and 1 year old) the restaurant had really good food at a decent price. We utilized the option of ordering our dinners right to the room which worked great for us. We would definitely come out for another stay.

Lovley natural beauty with some short walking trails. It is nice to have everything in one building; hotel, restaurant, spa, exercise space. Food was good. Fair prices. Spa treatment were enjoyed. Pool areas could use an update/refresher.

Room was very clean, staff were friendly, good food at restaurant. The steam room was not working and first day child pool was out of order as thermostat broke but children were allowed on Adult side. Next morning the child area was fine

This resort is so nice and the staff are very friendly. Pools are awesome. Beds are very comfy but watch out for the corners of the bed frame. They will take your shins out! It’s about time they did an update on the rooms. There is lots of rust spots on anything metal in the bathroom.

José was amazing, he was super friendly and helped us as much as he could always with a great attitude. The other people at the reception were not as friendly, but once they saw we had a baby they helped us more. Eventhough we traveled with a baby, we felt the hotel gave us plenty of options to feel as comfy as possible. The room was comfortable but I’m not a fan of animal fur in my room. Cleaning staff needs to do a better job. The staff was very helping in repairing my shoe so I could finish my golf weekend. Over all we love coming to Hecla .

The cleanliness and upkeep of room and pools was unfortunately poor and made our stay feel uncomfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was an exception to the stay as he was very friendly and accommodating.
