Room is clean, staff was very helpful both at reception and restaurant, facilities are nice including swimming pool, restaurant, small store.. The food in restaurant was nice, only the American coffees we ordered were too light like water, which is not good for a morning start.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and a generous size. We appreciated the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion, plus they smelled amazing. All of the staff were very friendly, answering our questions and taking time to ask about our day and stay so far. The fitness room had enough equipment to easily do a full body workout plus cardio with a nice view of the grounds. We would definitely come back!

Great place, pools are awesome and the trails nearby are great, the room was quite nice and spacious, clean property, but the showers are a mess to figure out, pretty sure theyre some form of broken, and there are kids running up and down the halls in the middle of the night. Wish the outdoor pool was a bit cleaner.

Always a great stay here! Beautiful trails, yummy fun, and nice pools as well as lots to explore near by I would definitely recommend it. I'd say my only complaint would be that the rooms aren't really soundproof so it can feel kind of loud depending on your surroundings but otherwise everything was great.

The hotel has a beautiful setting. The room and bed were comfortable. The hotel is looking a little aged but very clean. We ate outside and our food and server were excellent. For some strange reason the room as very dark. The lights simply did not light up the space.

We waited 20 minutes for breakfast on Monday morning. A couple walked in, was seated, and served right away. We didn't even get water until a waiter noticed us, asked if we were taken care of, and we said, "No, we have been waiting 20 minutes." Our menus were shut while we watched more individuals walk in. The couple who sat down already had their meal, and we were starved. Also, they seemed to be out of a lot of things when we were waiting for certain items off the menu. I noticed our bathroom tub had mold, and the faucet was cracked and not safe. The first night I called to let them know we had no soap in the body wash dispenser; housekeeping never came. Luckily, there was still soap in the one by the sink. The first night there, supper was delightful and good, and the service was amazing. Over all the beach was close and the view was good.

We stayed overnight for a ice fishing trip and found the place to be fantastic,staff were very helpful and courteous.we were very surprised at the size of our room with 2 very comfortable queen beds,the bathroom was very well laid out,everything worked as it should.we did not check out the pool or hot tub as we spent all of our time fishing,but a very clean and comfortable stay,definitely be returning.
