My stay at heber springs quality inn was peaceful. Amenities were good. Parking easy. It was the 'off' season but still plenty of things to do in the area.

It was very nice clean and quiet, Close to all restaurants and shopping. Very nice place to stay this is our third Very good breakfast and staff is very Nice and caring. That is where we will stay when we go back.

Plus: the beds were clean, we had hot water for the shower Minus: Leaking Tub in one of our rooms to the point that water was all over the bathroom, plugs were taped to the wall in order not to fall out of the outlet, ceiling fans in the bathrooms had no cover on them, neither did the light fixtures in the bathrooms, mold on the bathroom, fans in the bathrooms did not work, after using the toilet one time it got clogged, breakfast was terrible, old muffins, dried out fruit, mediocre eggs, lukewarm coffee. Overall this was one of the worst stays we had in a long time. We left after one night of a 3 night stay and went to a different hotel. Save your money and do not stay at this place

The room was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The outside needs to be cleaned up the walls had webs and dirt on them and the walkways needed swept. It would make the property more appealing.

Ok for the price

This hotel is a fine place to stay for the price. It definitely needs some sprucing up. It’s outdated but clean. There are stains on the outside and rust on the a/c units outside. These things get overlooked during the day to day running of the hotel. The pool was not maintained (water was green and cloudy). The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

First and foremost, the staff was amazing! The biscuits, gravy, and scrambled eggs with hot coffee was perfect and my son loved their little muffins and cereal bar. We were there to spread the ashes of a loved one at Hebert Springs and they helped make this difficult trip so calming and comfortable.
