“Staff very helpful as we had to change Club rooms as there was an issue with the toilet in our room. The room was changed in the afternoon, I did leave my new mains multi charger and lead for my apple phone in the room when I checked out but when I phoned the hotel up the next day it had not been handed into reception. I was not happy at all as my partner and myself were certain we left it there. There was also children jumping into the pool and using the jacuzzi when we used the facilities...

“The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and windows that opened enough to provide good airflow. There were a couple of minor issues in the bathroom. The plastic trim around the shower base had a large hole, leaving sharp edges exposed, so you had to be careful not to catch your toes. The light above the mirror also had a bulb out. “The Hotel was perfect for our stay . New clean rooms comfortable bed and up to date shower room with shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was good value for money with plenty of choices . We would stay again if visiting the area”

“Helpful staff & smooth check in. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The pub itself was good for food competitively priced, which can be ordered thru the app (along with drinks) The drinks we had an issue with - there were drinks on the app that weren’t available at the bar, the glasses had lipstick marks on them so washing is an issue & we were served a Fentiman’s Dandelion & Burdock drink 6 months out of date so stock rotation is a problem here.
