Still the best hotel option in the immediate area. Rooms are starting to show its age a bit (to be expected). Front desk staff is much improved (friendly, attentive, helpful) since our last visit. Rico in maintenance continues to be the best in the business. Highly recommend this location when in the area.

The property was great. Expedia canceled one of my rooms. So I had to pay an extra 412.00 for an additional room. I am finding more issues with Expedia. A mistake was made by someone else and I had to pay for it!!! Not good and I will make sure to tell everyone about this issue. This is not acceptable.

The staff at Tru are exceptional. They go above and beyond for guests. I had one staff even bring orange juice and apple juice to our room for breakfast because my hands were full. Even though it was a chaotic weekend with the Holman Reunion, they still managed to keep the environment all-guest friendly by enforcing quiet time and keeping it clean. Great job!!

The hotel didn't clean our room for three days. We had to ask for towels and the rooms had an odor especially the bathroom. I think that was the worst stay that I've had there.
