The room lacks a coffee maker. I was told I could return to the MARK Spencer hotel for coffee, but going down to the street and around the corner is not a substitute for making a hot cup of coffee in the morning in your room.
This unit is a studio with a kitchen. However I found dirty knives and almost no silverware in the unit.

The staff was very helpful sending someone up to fix my room phone and tv remote. Definitely gonna be staying there again!!

We have stayed here several times. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms and common areas clean. Great location for a variety of walkable good restaurants and groceries, plus free parking that is rarely found in Portland. We would stay here again.
