They somehow were always out of towels and only got new ones once the four days we were there and the toilet in the bathroom was constantly leaking water on the bottom

Overall, the vibe of the hotel was great. However, when I arrived my balcony door was open so it was cold in the room and it also made me feel uncomfortable/a little scared. There was also hair (not mine) in the shower, which left me with the impression that the room was not thoroughly cleaned before I arrived.
