“Check in was easy and efficient. The room was all that could be expected, plus a few extras. A jar of a variety shortbread biscuits was a surprise along with an extremely varied options for hot drinks, i.e. Horlicks. A bowl of fruit was also an unexpected delight. The bathroom was well appointed, with shampoo, soap etc in pump pots. The bed itself was supremely comfortable with more than sufficient coverings. The carpet was stained and did have a little fusty smell however the overall experience and amenties were good in the room. The tea caddy table did need to be bigger was difficult to make drink on there. ”
