Wonderful stay. Super easy check in on your phone, wonderful room, nice communal space, sparkling water on tap and complementary nespresso pods, and right next to the station. Would definitely stay here again if returning

This is a nice hotel in a good location. The rooms are small, however, and there isn't any air conditioning. However, this is typical in Swiss hotels. It was very quiet, and the beds were comfortable.

A very special hotel with a very beautiful spa and a very good breakfast.

Every time I stay here there is a problem. This time the air conditioner did not work and it felt as hot as a sauna in there, I could not sleep. Also, my fridge did not work in the room. The staff does not care.

The room was small and basic but clean and had air conditioning, which was much appreciated given the heat while I was there. Getting to my room was a bit weird as I had to take the lift up one floor then go through the breakfast area and then take another lift up another four floors. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. They were slightly timid. The breakfast was outstanding, probably the highlight of my stay, along with the location. Very easy to get to and from the main train station and buses and shops and the river. Overall, a nice stay.
