The hotel is on the older side but beautiful! They are renovating, but I love that the building is so classic, the lobby is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. Really liked the shower! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Hyatt Regency Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were wonderful. The shower was perfect and the towels where soft and smelled so clean. This was my second stay this year and I plan on staying every time I'm on Long Island, New York and elsewhere. I decided to become a member of the Hyatt Global Loyalty program, which will give me lovely perks, including free breakfast (see additional perks on Google).

Handicapped parking is too far from lobby, LONG walk. Front doors do not open automatically. Soaps and shampoos up high in ADA showers. Staff was excellent. Restaurant food and staff wonderful. I had a quiet room. Bed too high for a handicapped room!

I went with my kids and husband, and overall we had a good time here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool was great; my kids spent most of their time there during our stay. The food in the restaurant was good, too. If anything I would say the elevator needs to be replaced and a few other things that are getting updated.

The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. I enjoyed their breakfast buffet one morning and it was absolutely delicious and lots of variety. The front desk staff were really nice and super helpful. I’m bad with names, but Elizabeth was super friendly.
