I went with my kids and husband, and overall we had a good time here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool was great; my kids spent most of their time there during our stay. The food in the restaurant was good, too. If anything I would say the elevator needs to be replaced and a few other things that are getting updated.

We were surprised this is considered a 4 star hotel. It is in need of a renovation. The property appeared old and run down, the main elevators weren't working or were very slow. You could not drink the water unless you are an elite member. The duvet was in between 2 thin sheets and not between an actual duvet cover. The room was clean however, which is the most important thing to me. The staff was also kind. It is also very busy with events (weddings, dance competition, etc.)

It’s a beautiful property where the rooms are kept very clean. The bar and restaurant are terrific. The bar was opened until 1am on the weekends. The big downside was all the stains on chairs and couches. It looks ewww and I didn’t want to sit on any of that. Quite gross. Otherwise everything was great
