The room was clean, modern and comfortable. I loved that there are soft and firm pillows to choose from. The lobby was very clean and decorated nicely for the holidays. The breakfast area was sanitary and well maintained. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were not warm but the rest of the breakfast options were good. I like that turkey sausage was an option. There were Dove products in the shower and a keurig in the room which was nice. The staff was pleasant. It was easy in and out. I would definitely return.

Clean hotel, it was our second stay there. I usually go there to get away from the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn life. It’s quiet and I didn’t hear neighbors at all for three days. The staff are pretty good but the front desk and breakfast staff don’t smile. I would definitely recommend and go there again. It’s 15 minutes from Tanger outlet and 30 minutes from Roosevelt Field Mall. Yay!!!

It was my first time there with my Girlfriend and we both loved the hotel because it was the first hotel we went to together. I’m glad that I chose the holiday inn express as the first hotel to go with my girlfriend to, the room was very clean, staff was very nice to us upon the walk in, and the breakfast was very good to us. I’m planning on coming back this Friday for a full weekend stay with my girl this time and I hope we will be welcome the same way we were when we first came there. I’m very excited to have a full weekend stay and see what the hotel is all about instead of staying barely a full day

The stay was okay, and I definitely enjoyed the breakfast. However, sleeping each night was uncomfortable. The pillows sank, and I woke up every morning with lower back pain, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Housekeeping service was provided every other day, which was not an issue. However, when the staff came to clean the room after we left, only a towel was added to the rack and the garbage was removed. Nothing else appeared to be done. We also ran out of tissue, and it was not replaced. Overall, it did not feel like much cleaning or restocking took place.
