Strong odour and mould smell all over the room not able to even breath! My son had a headache and very disappointed with the hotel!!!!. Not a clean bathroom. Very bad bed and sofa bed. We paid for executive room which receive dirty, inconvenient very small and smelly room. We left hotel immediately to find a more habitable place!!!

Equipe du soir ni agréable, ni professionnelle, ni disponible pour les clients. L'impression de déranger constamment, notamment un monsieur se prénommant Daniel très désagréable, on se fait à moitié engeuler quand on passe commande. Je suis habituellement un bon client NOVOTEL mais l'expérience d'hier soir ne m'invite pas à revenir dans votre établissement.

Das ausklappbare Sofa hat zwei getrennte Liegeflächen. Zwischen dem Doppelbett und den einzelnen Liegeflächen waren ca. 15 cm Abstand. Zu wenig um sich vernünftig zu bewegen, genug um sich gut weh zu tun. Die Latten beim Sofa waren nicht alle fest und die Schreibtischplatte ist so schlecht fest gemacht, dass sie leicht herunter kracht.

Wir haben ein Zimmer für 4 Personen gehabt, Doppelbett mit Ausziehsofa. Zwischen Bett und den einzelnen Liegeflächen des Sofas waren ca. 15 cm zum Bewegen. Der "Schreibtisch" an diesem Gittergestell ist sehr empfindlich. Die Holzbretter sind nur an Hängern aufgelegt, einige fehlen und das führt dazu, dass auch bei leichem Anstoßen die Bretter runterkracken. Bei dem Sofa mit den getrennten Liegeflächen sind nicht alle Latten fest. Manche liegen auch auf dem Boden oder quer im Rost. Da wir in einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs waren können wir auch versprechen, dass das bei mehreren Zimmern so ist.

Chambre pas louable pour un Novotel. Odeur d’humidité Moquette immonde impossible de poser le pieds nu par terre Fenêtre immonde Toilettes immondes les murs sont tout taché pas peint rafistolé, sale. La cuve est plein de tache . Canapés avec taches suspectes. Pas une bouteille d’eau même en verre. Ni dans la chambre ni à la fontaine dans couloir. Pas de verre dans sdb. Chambre trop vieille.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Übernachtung gebucht, das war in Ordnung. Für weitere Tage, würde ich dieses Hotel allerdings nicht wählen. Auch wenn es praktisch ist, dass es in Autobahnnähe liegt. Das Frühstück war leider nur okay, es gab keine Brötchen, das Brot war schon etwas älter, es gab Schinken/Hähnchen/Käse und es bestand die Möglichkeit, sich sein Ei selbst zuzubereiten. Was man allerdings nicht erkannt hat, da keinerlei Schilder aufgestellt sind. Dass die Eier dort roh sind, war leider nicht zu erkennen. Das Zimmer ist von der Größe her in Ordnung, allerdings ist es dort ziemlich stickig gewesen. Die Klimaanlage war zwar an, aber es war trotzdem noch drückend. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich.

We have stopped here many times now but this time it felt a bit old and untidy in the room. Main area is great but they had work underway so there was no restaurant available and bar meals were very basic! Pizza or pizza ☹️
