Very nice hotel and the staff were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the room would not cool down. We had a long suite and the area in front of the air conditioner was cool and pleasant to sit in, but the rest of the room, especially the other side where the bed was, was quite hot. Overall though, it was a good stay, and I would likely stay again if I’m ever back there.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was in good condition.The negative about the place was that there was a lot of noise due to the ball teams. The kids ran in the halls and you could hear it in the rooms. And they decided to chant loudly during breakfast . There was no coffee left when I came to breakfast and hardly a place to sit. We just skipped it the next day. Otherwise it was fine.

We stay here when we are in town visiting family and the rooms are always clean and the a/c units have always performed well also… which is a VERY important amenity when in Mississippi in the heat of summer! 😁 The staff has always been very friendly and they have lots of snacks in the lobby upon check-in available for purchase. They even offered us two choices of snack items that were complementary because of our status with their hotel rewards program. Zero complaints here, will definitely stay again the next time we’re in town.

The evening staff seemed very unaware of places for dinner in downtown Laurel. We spoke to the morning staff and they were beyond helpful! Named the places to eat and where they were located. Told us what times their hours were and what they served. They also gave the names of tours to take and prices. I think the staff needs to have a list or better educated on what is in downtown Laurel.

This property was very nice. It was clean and seemed fairly new or updated. The lady who checked us in was efficient but not real welcoming or friendly (sorry didnt get her name). Parking was plentiful and felt pretty safe. Didn't eat breakfast. Would stay here again.
