Property is pretty clean… the air conditioning did not work in the lobby and they had one box fan circulating the air. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7 which is unfortunate for early risers. Staff was just ok not overly friendly. My bathrooms had a moisture issue as multiple items in the bathroom were rusty. Drinks were way overpriced.

My room reserved w a king was not available on arrival. I was given a different room w 2 full beds instead. The tub was unclean ( I almost slipped on soap scum) The breakfast was good. Overall did not live up to its name. I won’t be back.

Last minute stay late at night and it had decent reviews so I booked a room.The girl that checked me in was sweet and friendly.The main problem was the room.none of the lights worked but the desk lamp and bathroom lights.It was late so we were like whatever.The ac was cold when we arrived but cut off during the night and so it was pretty warm in the room.The next morning I went to open the shade and it was broken so we couldn’t get it up so the room was dark,and when I was standing there I stepped into a massive wet spot,I’m sure the ac was leaking or something.It was soaked from the bed to the AC.I did inform the front desk of the ac and shade issue and the man apologized.We decided to grab breakfast before we left (8:15am) and there was no hot food out even tho there wasn’t many in the dining area.The ac also wasn’t working well in the check in/dining area/halls bc it was super hot.Just not to happy to spend that much $ for a dark,wet hotel room with no breakfast.The staff was nice tho.

We loved the customer service. Front desk check in staff was great! The room on the other hand was borderline average. Not very clean and smelled really bad. The front desk gave us dryer sheets to help with the stench. Didn’t do anything at all. The fruit in the breakfast area should have been thrown out….very old!
