I got locked in the bathroom by pool. Family called someone who came and couldn’t find key. He was extremely rude and told my family to call 911. He rudely stated this is NOT his hotel. My family pushed on the door as I pulled, the lock turned, and I was then able to come out. Your cleaning staff was amazing.

Room smelled like mold/mildew. There was black mold or mildew all over the bathroom fan. The carpet was stained. I found trash from previous travelers. Water was brown. We had to brush our teeth with bottled water. The ac was really loud so didn’t rest well at all. The only positive was the beds were comfortable and front desk staff were nice. I will definitely not be staying here again.
