Absolutely loved our stay outside of a hiccup with a neighbor complaining of our dogs barking at 1 pm directly after we left the room. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. The rest of the guests were friendly and courteous! The property was clean, well laid out with fantastic amenities. We will definitely be back!

Our main problem was noise from 2 different barking dogs. We approached management (they can only be messaged, no one is actually there to help). They essentially were rude, told us repeatedly that they are "pet friendly" (meaning they didn't feel like assisting us to have a nice vacation). I reminded them of their legal duties to maintain a peaceful property. They actually decided to tell me they were fine with me HAVING TO CALL THE POLICE about a barking dog....you get the idea...they also suggested I confront a 6'5 total stranger with 120 pound dog about his barking dog! I'm 5'2, 122 lbs senior citizen. Great idea....sarcasm. I left a note and heard the man out there cursing! I'm glad I knew better than to get myself assaulted. Icemaker doesn't work, no onsite help, noise high. Great location on the beach. Clean enough. Not maintained very well. Low end furniture. Matress fine. Great shower pressure. Pool is good for now, but was a low end remodel that will deteriorate rapidly. "Pet Friendly" is no excuse for being "Human Unfriendly." Terrible manager.

Our stay is what was expected...average efficiency. They did make a late effort to replace and fix some things in the room. The access to the beach was great, pool and grounds were not kept clean. The room was clean overall. Definitely pet friendly. Very close to the Ferry. We would return!

This was a great stay! The room was bright and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was so convenient, even though we only stayed one night. Beach access was outstanding. This would be perfect for an extended stay. The only negatives : coffee maker didn’t work and the sink and shower soaps needed refilling. Overall, a great value and place to stay!

I came out for work the next day but those plans were cancelled due to 8 inches of snow! Fortunately, the room was great. Rome was warm and comfortable even though they're generally is no staff at this location. I would definitely stay again.

The Sea Gull is a basic beach motel. It was clean and comfortable! If you’re a person who likes to hang out in a luxurious room, this isn’t for you but if just want a clean, decent place to land over a day at the beach this is it!

Spacious lovely super close private beach access. Its simple, inexpensive, modern not old, king size rooms are accommodated with a full kitchen. The pool is lovely as well! It’s a nice hidden better deal than a lot of the more expensive stays. The space and nature that surrounds it make it more peaceful than a crowded resort building. I will not forget it, in the event I’m in this area spending the night again.

Beach was right over the dune from the property. Safe, easy to access and quiet. Not very fancy, very little ‘staff’ around, but we weren’t looking for anyone to take care of anything for us, so that was ok. Bed was comfy and we had plenty of room. More chairs/seating inside would be nice and an additional lamp or two. Having the little kitchenette was delightful. Not pristine or new, but comfy enough for a brief beach stay.
