Great location, loved the view from the balcony watching Ocracoke Ferry coming and going. Large clean room with full kitchen. Quiet and peaceful easy access to great restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely beach get-away

We had a lovely stay at this little motel. The place was rustic, but that is what we were expecting. The location and nearby beaches were absolutely gorgeous and it was not overcrowded, which made for a lovely trip. We especially want to thank Tanya for her generous hospitality when we arrived.

Nice enough place, great staff, great view

We'll definitely stay here again - owners are still fixing up the place, they told us, and if nothing fancy, it was quite comfortable with a view over the boats in the marina of the open sea - could see the Ocracoke ferries going back and forth in the distance. Convenient location next to Dinky's (our favorite restaurant) and close enough to Sonny's to see how crowded the parking lot was when deciding when to go for breakfast.

Perfect fit for my family of 5

We have a family of 5 and there were 3 twin beds and a queen size bed. There was a kitchen with all the essentials to cook. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall very pleasant experience.

Quiet comfortable marina stay

Super helpful staff, called us before time to warn about flooding and road conditions in the area. The harbor has a cute/boutique gift shop. Tons of seagulls and pelicans around here. Beautiful view of the marina from second floor rooms. Anyone planning to visit this area must come prepared.

Loved staying at the marina, a unique experience. Rooms are only accessible by a steep set of stairs which can be challenging for some people. Staff super friendly. Was charged an up charge at check out for having 3 in our party which wasn’t expected or mentioned when the room reserved. But overall a nice stay.

Not fancy, but comfie

Room was not fancy, but comfortable. Friendly staff. AC worked well and silently. Everything was clean. No maid service, but that didn’t really bother us. Kitchen was adequately equipped for 2 people. If you’re bothered by morning light, bring eyeshades because the shades and curtains in the room don’t block light very well. When we were there (off season), it was very quiet, but it’s on a marina with a lot of fishing boats, so in high season there might be some noise from those in the early morning.

Love staying here with the family offers full kitchen which allows us to make breakfast then prepare lunch for beach trips. Kids loving seeing the boats going in and out and you can treat that sunset view over the sound. Several amazing restaurants very close to here and a small grocery store down the street what more is there to ask for
