“I had a lovely stay here with my mum. We had the siena suite and it was exceptionally clean and as per the photos. Was really nice to have the terrace and kitchenette aswell. We recieved a warm welcome from friendly staff who helped us up to the suite with our bags. Great central location and well priced too. Would definitely recommend!”

“Looks like the listing however, the room is very dirty the washing machine is full of mold and moldy water. after leaving the room for a while you can smell the mold everywhere in the room. we booked it because it has a kitchen however the oven does not work the stove takes long time to turn on and the plates and cutlery provided was dirty room was not cleaned properly at all. it was very poor the tv aswell does not work well takes a very long time and just very old. overall good if you just...

“집안은 청결했습니다. 내가 다녀본 많은 숙박시설 중 주방이 가장 훌륭했습니다. 깔끔하고 정돈되어 있었으며, 빵과 우유,버터 ,쨈,베이컨 등 훌륭한 식사재료가 준비되어 있었습니다. 위치도 훌륭했고, 현관 잠금장치도 영국에서는 보기드문 버튼식이어서 아주 편리했습니다. 여행객들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.”

“The management company were absolutely terrible, we had a broken fridge was not working. Not matter what we said, even after they said they attended themselves and then sent an engineer (we were not present both occasions) following morning. They reported it was working and said the only issue was that the exceptional hot weather may cause the fridge to not working! The freezer section was working so couldn't be the case. Anyway avoid at all costs”
