We found this trough Amex Expedia offers and it was more than expected. The house was clean well kept with beautifully curated interior. The view of the mountains the river that runs through the property was dreamy. We couldn’t make it the first night due to snow storm and the manager was so thoughtful and helpful assisting us and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and they pay close attention to detail including list of to do and to visit while you stay in the are which we found very helpful. The pictures do not do it justice and it’s reasonably priced for what it is. Thank you for opening your property. We will definitely go back.

Wonderful Vacation at Sevier River Retreat

Incredible home that was super clean and majestic views. Pictures do not do this home justice. It is so quiet and secluded. You really are able to unwind and relax. Everything aboit the home was perfect. Closest market is 20+ minutes away so best to bring all provisions to make meals. Home has everything you need to cook meals and bake. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

I loved this property. Location is excellent. The home is well equipped, very clean with all the necessary amenities. Please note that stores, etc really do shut down in the cold months and you won't have access to much. Make sure you bring whatever cooking and food supplies you might need. We have a small baby and had to create a little barricade at the top of the steps because she crawls around. Great home and location to make wonderful family memories.

I highly recommend this property. The house is very nice; it’s CLEAN, high end furnishings, situated on acreage by a beautiful river in a quaint little town. Ideally situated between national parks we were hiking in. We loved it, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Home from home - highly recommend for Bryce/Zion

A delightful house, beautifully decorated (contemporary design) with everything you need to feel completely at home. The secluded setting with superb views simply adds to the appeal, yet in easy reach of things - eg only 0.5 mile walk to the main road (eg to Outlaw Saloon bar/restaurant), 30 minute drive to Bryce Canyon national park, etc.

Peaceful retreat with all amenities

The Sevier River Retreat is perfect for the nature lover looking to escape, but without sacrificing comfort. No detail was overlooked. The decor is straight out of Chip and Joanna's playbook. It's tastefully done and very farmhouse modern. The coffee machine and washer/dryer are huge perks. The views are simply spectacular. The owners are wonderful to work with and are happy to answer questions. Highly recommend staying here!!!
