The reception staff was very nice. There was confusion over where to eat on the property. we went to eat at the beach restaurant and it was closing so they sent us to the restaurant in the building where we could only get a buffet. there was only 1 elevator and it was not working part of the day and we were on the 4th floor. Very confusing layout of rooms as there are different levels and staircasses to access the rooms. Nice beach area.

Cozy hotel with a more secluded beach but the beach has a real ’postcard type view.’ There are stones in the water near the shore, but once you get past them, it is clear. Alternatively, you can walk 10 minutes to the left and find an awesome bay to swim in, or 15 minutes to the right and you are at Pebbles beach. Fantastic hotel with an even more fantastic personal.

Good size bathroom. Sadly, this was a stressful stay for me. There are stairs everywhere, which are unavoidable as rooms cannot be accessed by the elevator, which is only on one side of the hotel anyway. Most staff were absolutely lovely. They were all warm and friendly apart from the person on check in at Rachels who was rude and bossy with cusromers. Pool.complex was beautuful. Our bedroom was well furnished, spotlessly clean and had a large patio with direct access to the pool. Our biggest gripe was that we kept being told the a la carte restaurants were fully booked. It was only after we complained to the manager that we were squeezed in. Imagine our surprise when we got there and there was only one table in use.

what I like about my stay at Savannah Beach Club Hotel was the friendly atmosphere and hospitality - everyone made us feel welcome. Unfortunately the seaweed that washed up on the beach made it difficult to enjoy that area of beach front; we were still able to spend time lounging on the beach.

The staff was kind and helpful. The property is in a great location. However, it is older and that shows with the condition of many of the external areas and rooms. The food was also just ok. Getting the breakfast buffet then venturing off property for your own lunch and dinner would probably be better than buying the all inclusive. However, the drinks were great and that was also included. Every staff member encountered was very kind.

Service at beach bar was terrible. There are some problems with 1” worms in our room. The main restaurant served excellent food and the service there was superb. The service personnel are super nice and very helpful and the physical ambience is very attractive.
