Lovely traditional B&B with a very friendly welcome and great breakfast. Very comfortable room with fabulous sea view and even a fridge! Thanks for a great stay.
Clean room and looked like the bathroom had been refurbished recently. Comfortable bed and Hotel was affordable in a great location. Breakfast consisted of juice and coffee/tea, cereals and a nice full English which sets you up for the day. I Would definitely stay here again if I return to Hastings.
It was an amazing experience. Checking was easy, the room was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect as it made it easy to get around the beautiful town of Hastings. I would highly recommend.
Quite nice staff, very convenient location if you like access to a beach. What you would expect staying at an older beach town hotel. Lots of stairs, so not for the weak of knee!
Very clean and well organized hotel. The owners were friendly and easy to get along with. Adjusted my breakfast according to my likes. Never met or saw the daily cleaning lady but she was terrific; room was always made up and towels replaced when I was out.
Room was small and windows at front of property are single-glazed, so road noise comes through.
We were very impressed by the cleanliness, particularly of the bathroom, and overall our stay was good value.

The manager/owner, Wendy, is friendly and helpful. The area, fronting the sea, is seedy. If driving, you should use the secured underground park.
An elderly property essentially on the esplanade. Of course that means no lift making it inaccessible for some. On the other hand the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was good and the price was incredibly low. This might have been because I visited "off season" but it was certainly about half the cost of any other lodging I used during a two-week trip across the south coast. I'd definitely go back again.
This is a small family-run hotel or B&B with an excellent location in Hastings, right across from the sea. The service is severely limited in terms of check-in time and breakfast availability. However, the staff is very friendly. I was given a room with patterned windows that couldn't be looked through, creating a claustrophobic feeling. If I had been given a room with a sea view and a balcony, my rating would have been much higher.
Really central hotel to the halfway point between Hastings and Saint Leonard’s, very walkable and safe. Beautiful view of the beach and rooms were very comfortable front desk and housekeeping very accommodating.
Great place to stay, both Keith and Wendy at the property and nice people , would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The room was spotless and featured a balcony with views over the sea. Attention to guests every need were in the room. Huge bath with a shower, backlit mirror, glass tumblers and wine glasses, penny of tea, coffee and biscuits. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet too.
Lovely friendly hosts.
