Our room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed being able to sit outside at a patio table in the morning before walking to the beach. We loved being able to walk into town and to the beach. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Steps from the beach. A short walk into the town. The property was so cute and quaint. Super clean and newly renovated. Location and price for Memorial Day weekend were a plus!

Beautiful place right by the beach and the town center, it was extremely clean, our room had ac, a mini fridge and a great bathroom. The manager also allowed us to park on the property after we checked out which was very convenient. 10/10 will be back.

We totally enjoyed our stay! It was a one minute walk to the beach and less than a 5 minute walk to town. We went to many of the restaurants and the food was excellent. Great shopping. Quiet, relaxed area. We highly recommend the Kingfisher Inn and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful area with large beach within 100 yards walking distance. Room was cozy clean and modern. Staff was very helpful when we needed anything. Quieter season worked very well for us.

This is a stalkers paradise. The blinds are so sheer that they are completely see through at night and very uncomfortable. The designer was obviously a young man that never looked at their work after dark. If I had planned to be there for more than a night, i would have left. Really creepy. Otherwise, a very nice place, well maintained and great location.

This property is almost on top of Bank St., Beach in Harwichport MA. It was so easy just to walk down to the beach if we wanted. The staff is very very friendly texting us to see if we needed extra towels, etc. Overall, it's a pretty quiet property, the only complaint I have were the pillows. The shams were cushy, but the pillows themselves were flat as a pancake and hard as a rock. A mix of pillows would be nice on the bed. Other than that, I really liked it. My room was very, very clean. Great shower pressure. There is no front desk or any desk service, but they do text you your room and the room lock code before checking in. Very easy check-in.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! The property is located 1/2 block off the beach and access to the beach is extremely convenient and close! Parking was readily available despite possible shortages of spaces. My party had 3 adults (friends) and my original reservation with 2 doubles was intended to accommodate 4 adults but I upgraded my reservation to a larger room with 3 beds total. That was the best decision because although we are friends, sleeping in the same bed with another (unrelated) adult is less than optimal!

This place was perfect for my friend and I’s little girls weekend getaway! For reference we are both 24 year olds. It was the perfect walkable distance to the main street where there are several shops and restaurants and directly right next to the beach! Super clean and was exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend staying here!!

This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.
