Our room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed being able to sit outside at a patio table in the morning before walking to the beach. We loved being able to walk into town and to the beach. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place right by the beach and the town center, it was extremely clean, our room had ac, a mini fridge and a great bathroom. The manager also allowed us to park on the property after we checked out which was very convenient. 10/10 will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Steps from the beach. A short walk into the town. The property was so cute and quaint. Super clean and newly renovated. Location and price for Memorial Day weekend were a plus!

We totally enjoyed our stay! It was a one minute walk to the beach and less than a 5 minute walk to town. We went to many of the restaurants and the food was excellent. Great shopping. Quiet, relaxed area. We highly recommend the Kingfisher Inn and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful area with large beach within 100 yards walking distance. Room was cozy clean and modern. Staff was very helpful when we needed anything. Quieter season worked very well for us.

This is a stalkers paradise. The blinds are so sheer that they are completely see through at night and very uncomfortable. The designer was obviously a young man that never looked at their work after dark. If I had planned to be there for more than a night, i would have left. Really creepy. Otherwise, a very nice place, well maintained and great location.

This property is almost on top of Bank St., Beach in Harwichport MA. It was so easy just to walk down to the beach if we wanted. The staff is very very friendly texting us to see if we needed extra towels, etc. Overall, it's a pretty quiet property, the only complaint I have were the pillows. The shams were cushy, but the pillows themselves were flat as a pancake and hard as a rock. A mix of pillows would be nice on the bed. Other than that, I really liked it. My room was very, very clean. Great shower pressure. There is no front desk or any desk service, but they do text you your room and the room lock code before checking in. Very easy check-in.

Good location, small room

Stayed at this property to be close to Wychemere Beach Club to attend a wedding. Room was, as advertised, quite small. Best part: proximity to Bank Street Beach. Cons: inflexible early check-out time, uncomfortable pillows (maybe bring your own?), and thin walls. Guests gathered at a table outside of the room both early and late, and even though they were not loud, you could hear them like they were in the room. So I can't say I slept well either night of a two-night stay, but I sure did enjoy the beach, as well as the ealk back from the wedding venue!

Okay for a one-night stay

Good for a one-night stay. The room is entirely occupied by your bed, so you can barely navigate the bed much less do anything else. There is no front desk but they give you pretty Clear Directions of how to get in and out of the room.
