Location is great, old building , old facilities , , the doors didn’t work, thin walls , the bathroom toilet and facet is outdated, felt like a senior assisted care facility or hospital and not clean. Smelled muggy .

The hotel is clean and in a good location if you need access to downtown or the capitol. The bed was very hard and the pillows were almost completely flat. They only had a sheet and a very thin duvet cover on the bed. The towels were also quite small. I think if they got new mattresses and linens, the experience of staying here would be much improved.

City hotel definitely in need of modernisation, not cheap either. Ok for 1 night stop over and for access to arena. Friendly and helpful check-in guy. Room was dated but view of capitol building was excellent. Coffee and water provided. Breakfast was as expected, usual coffee, bagels, some hot food, make your own waffles etc. $15 parking was secure.

The bathroom was dirty and the tub was stingy. The lotion had clearly been used and there was hair caught in the lid. The tiles in the bathroom were all dusty. The freezer had a block of ice in it and couldn’t be used. The noise from the next door room was coming through the vent and was so loud. I had to turn in the bathroom light and close the door just for a little quiet. The bed was decent. Checked out at 6 am.

Best perk here was the park across the street. Very beautiful. The breakfast and staff were fine. One was maybe a little too eager to please, not thinking about checking facts. Biggest downer was running out of toilet paper. I'd say I got what I paid for overall.

Well the tv was too small , I was disappointed with he size , the staff at the front desk was polite courteous , I came earlier than the check in time and they got a roll ready for me by 12 instead of 3pm and I'm very thankful and grateful for that act of kindness and I was told that I should've called in they would've prepared a room for me and I appreciate that very much , overall my stay was peaceful and comfortable , breakfast was good.

PAY FOR PARKING even though it says parking included. Rooms were dirty with some water damage to ceilings and some dark stains. There were gnats or fruit flies in the rooms. You could hear the flushing from other rooms and the railroad is right next to the hotel so you can hear it pretty clearly. Sheets are thin. Breakfast was okay, no waffles even though there was a sign saying there would be. Gym is two treadmills and six dumbells. Staff was kind and helpful but don't be fooled by photos

I really loved this hotel. It felt more like a family run place -- it was relatively small, it did not try to fit in the cookie cutter chains, and the staff was really warm and nice. I stayed there for several days, and by the end of my stay it felt like home. The location was great too, directly across from two parks. Check out the nearby Vietnamese restaurant, and thanks to the staff for being so responsive!

It's was an okay place to stay. First room the shower didn't work so they switched me. Next day I couldn't get into the garage and my key card stopped working. Staff was on their phones and not attentive. Bedding was THIN. The location was good and the rooms were quiet. Tiny garage underground that's hard to navigate in anything but a small car. Breakfast was adequate but not refilled in a timely manner. No cream cheese for bagels, no milk for cereal the first morning, no butter or cream cheese the next morning. Very minimal for advertising a hot breakfast.
