My daughter and I stayed overnight due to her car breaking down. Our room was very clean. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We had to move from the 3rd floor to the 1st because I couldn’t figure how to work the tv. What a difference the first floor itself was cleaner and smelled better than the third floor.

Not a great location. People sitting on the floor in the hallway - one person was there for several hours with a roll of toilet paper!!! I asked for an extra towel, and the gentleman at the desk said there weren't any available and he would have someone drop one off the next day....didn't happen.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. The facility was full to capacity so that may explain why the floors needed vacuuming. Also, it would have been nice if the attached restaurant was open. Outside of that, a very nice place for an overnight visit to CT.

The room was clean. The staff that helped me very kind and polite. Did not like the fact that I chose to stay for two nights and on the second night they did not enter the room to change the sheets and put clean towels. Even after I notified the cleaning staff.
