Location was convenient to airport. Staff was helpful in lobby. Housekeeping was short on the day of room cleaning so we never got the service. The following day the towels changed out and pails emptied. Our room old and dingy. The couch and chairs were stained permanently. Not attractive or inviting to sit on. Blanket put on the couch. Breakfast was good. Not sure I would visit again in a room like this one. Probably will stay elsewhere.

The room was clean. Well appointed. Breakfast was horrible. There were no dinner plates, they washed what was needed. One morning they only had small plates. Thankfully there was fresh fruit, yogurt and oat meal.

I like how close hotel is to the airport and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and plenty of parking. Hotel can be a little noisy with neighbors above you walking across the floor. Elevator was broke and I was on 2nd floor. Carrying two heavy suitcases up them was not fun. Dishwasher had stinky water in it and had sour smell when you opened it. I ran a few wash cycles and it seemed to help. Please get actual pans and utensils to cook meals. No fry pan or knife to cut up stuff.

We arrived at Homewood Suites after a long travel and play day at Six Flags. The suite was perfect for our family of six, everything was very comfortable (we added an extra blanket on the pull out couch to make it softer). And we enjoyed a great breakfast the next morning before we left. We were impressed with how clean the grounds and room were, and the little extras they offer which would be especially useful if you were staying a few days. We would for sure stay again if visiting the area, my sons loved that there was a basketball area by the pool. We loved the convenience of being able to pull up to your room. Very comfortable stay at a Great price. My only concern was the steep $250 hold (which was more than we paid to stay there), but not a deterrent for what you get.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked into the room. The air conditioning was already on, so the room was nice and cool, and everything was extremely clean. The room looked new, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. It was also very comfortable and cozy, which made me feel right at home. The entire property was clean and well taken care of, and having a pool was a great bonus. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The front desk was helpful the entire weekend and went over in please our request. Our microwave was done but the personnel took this problem very fast and resolved it. hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. breakfast wasn’t the best ever but it was good with various options both hot and cold. we did book this trip specifically for the outdoor pool and loungers to have a relaxing day by the pool to tan only to find that the photos online of the pool with lounge chairs are non existent. staff confirmed the photos online don’t match the furniture they actually have which was a let down as that was a selling point for us. that was the only negative part of our stay however as room was clean and staff were friendly.

The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The front desk were friendly and helpful. I had to walk across to the hotel in front to purchase laundry detergent because they were out. The laundry room is not connected to the main building. They will ask that you enter through the gym but you can only access it from outside. The breakfast food was cold and not many options.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. Only issues was I was on bottom floor across from the hotel lobby. Music played from their speakers (not super loud) and you could hear it all night in my bedroom. Also had a couple of beetles in bathroom. But it was raining and I was on bottom floor. Overall stay was good and 5 mins from Bradley airport.
