It was extremely false advertising. The pool in your website was about a football field long, and what we got was a backyard puddle. And to make things worse, it closed off at 9, which made it difficult because we had children on our group, and the hotel is NOT CHILD FRIENDLY. There were no game rooms, play areas, and even when they sat in the lobby to play cards or board games that we brought from home, the night time concierge Stanley seemed to have a problem with so called “noise complaints “ which was absolutely ridiculous since again, this particular location had no amenities targeted at children. I travel often, and this was by far one of my biggest disappointments and I will not be back unfortunately. On the upside, the AM staff was outstanding, so was the room service and cleaning staff. The rooms were absolutely up to par, but you guys MUST do better with the children as at one point in our lives, we will all have some. Included on your website should have also been to tell your guests that the breakfast would not be included due to COVID and therefore some vouchers could have been provided for a decent meal nearby....... CUSTOMER SERVICE is the most important thing in the hospitality industry. Without it, you may as well be just a basic motel. Thank you for listening.
