I was EXTREMELY unhappy with my stay at the Hilton Garden inn, the heater made a loud rattling sound and the were insects , bed bugs in the bed and the shower is very uncomfortable. I am normally satisfied with the the hotel but this last trips leads me to not wanting to stay there again

My stay at the hotel was satisfactory overall. Although there was a temporary setback due to the system being down, I would like to commend Alicia for her outstanding service. She handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. By implementing a backup plan, she ensured that guests were still able to check in without significant delay.
