The property was conveniently located to downtown without staying downtown. Parking was ample and no charge! Rooms very clean and floor staff greeted me with smile and were also courteous. The desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with warm smile and pleasant disposition. They made entering the property feel like you were welcomed guest.... A comfortable stay! I'd recommend this hotel if you don't want to stay downtown but in close proximity. I will stay here upon next visit to Hartford!

We had a good stay at the hotel. There’s plenty of parking, and the location is convenient—close to Founders Bridge and downtown West Hartford. The hotel is currently going through some renovations, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple and basic. The front desk staff were okay, though not the friendliest. Overall, it was a good stay.

This location was in the middle of doing renovations but had signs posted and everyone working was nice. Only issue was we didn't have hot water in the evenings, it worked in the mornings but only after the water was running for about 15-20 mins.

We stayed just for one night but the moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I slept extremely well in their comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. It was a great experience.
