We stay here often as it’s convenient to the airport and we park our car here while away and we have the airport shuttle . The staff is friendly , the rooms are clean and the coffee is good . The rooms have a fridge and microwave . For what we need the room for it’s good. Would I stay here for more than one night at a time ? Probably not . It serves its purpose but as a whole , it’s not an updated or luxury place. When you just need a shower and a bed before or after the airport , it’s good.

It wasn't what it says free breakfast is not just coffee and tea and the hundred dollar deposit you don't get back for a week is unacceptable specially when you're traveling

The physical property projects a run-down condition that requires some renovation and upkeep. However, the property was very clean and though did not provide many amenities, was quite comfortable and convenient for my purposes.

Served the purpose which was simply find place sleep and shower before take early morning flight. Hall rugs need cleaning or replacement and was food cooking odors throughout the halls yet thankfully not in the very small rooms. Thankfully the bath was fairly large and very clean. Not much insulation between room s so could hear anyone in hallway yet again thankfully was very quiet night especially considering proximity to airport

Nice receptionist but the noise …

The receptionist was very helpful and resolved my requests properly. However, the room was not soundproofed, so I could hear the conversation in the next room, and the biggest problem was that I could not sleep because the sports game on TV kept playing at high volume at 3 am. I had to endure it for an hour, but I called the receptionist and he stopped it. It's an old building, and given the low rates, I suppose it can't be helped.

Will never stay here again. Was charged an upgrade free to switch from a non smoking room, to a smoking room, cool no problems. Went to the non smoking room that I just paid extra for and it was ridiculous. SUPER dirty as if someone was just in there with fresh cup marks on the table promoting me to take nearly 30 photos. After I went back to the desk to switch back into a non smoking room because it would be clean unlike the first one. The worker was very unhelpful and had an attitude the whole time. When I asked her if I will be getting the upgrade charge refunded since I’ll no longer use a smoking room she stated “I’m not sure if that’ll be refunded I’ll have to speak to the manger tmr.” I said okay and continued to check in. She stated I’ll be charged an additional $100 deposit for the room cleanses. I asked if the deposit will be back in my account ASAP because I have bills coming out soon she stated “yes it will be back on the card within two days guaranteed. I then asked her to write that it will be available in 2 days guaranteed on the receipt paper for the record which she did. Come to find out the next day the the fee won’t be refunded for at least 5 business days and she completely mislead me and now I will be behind on my bills never coming back paid more here than other places and got a wayyy better experience.
