Outdated rooms that smell like a dirty ashtray. The maids do their best to clean it but the towels are gray, the mattresses are old and squeeky, and rugs buckled. The only good thing is the airport shuttle.

Staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs updating but the hotel is very convenient to take a shuttle to the airport. I did not stay more than one night because I used it to save me from getting up extremely early to return a rental vehicle, so hotel was very useful and took a lot of stress off. It is also very reasonably priced for what I needed it for. But most importantly the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist you. Parking was also free, although I did not need that as I returned a rental vehicle.

Other than landscapers at 7:15am with weed whackers and blowers and shoveling rocks right outside our window, the stay was adequate. You get what you pay for. Breakfast included helps, but you can’t expect bacon and eggs. Close to airport, highway, and restaurants; a good place to crash but it’s no resort.

The location was convenient and the shuttle from BDL was relatively easy. Rooms were a bit rundown but adequate. The property overall needs a makeover. Breakfast was not good - nothing special and the lobby had several annoying signs dictating that guests could not take food to their rooms.
