Vacations Close To Harry Caray's Tavern

Functional and I got what I needed

Great views, terrible service. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay because of the overwhelming rudeness of the staff. The front desk looked around as I approached, both arriving and checking out. Fully staffed but I had to alert them I was standing there. The bell hops were excellent. Very friendly. As well as the bartender in the lobby and the waitress on the rooftop. However everyone else not so much. Please work with your frit dosk staffers. As they set the tone.

Not as updated as this pictures look. Quiet which was a plus but the windows were super dirty, the air wasn’t the best which is not as big of a deal in the winter I guess. No microwaved

Room service is very quick

Love it here. Beds are comfortable. It’s central to everything we wanted to do. Restaurant had good hummus. Only complaint was the little guy who checked us in. We went to the fellow in the middle. He treated us like peasants. While the lady to the right and the gentleman to the left were so friendly and inquisitive. We asked the guy who held our bags about breakfast places. He was so helpful. The people in the restaurant were so nice. The mates went above and beyond. Just that one guy. Crazy because after we went upstairs and got ready for our event he treated us different. Anyway I LOVED everyone and everything about this place except for him. I believe we encountered 12 different people throughout our stay and all were just really genuinely nice people. I give 5 stars because I want people to stay here. Maybe give that guy some extra training or something. I came with 5 of my employees and even they were offended. Anyway! Thank you to everyone else.. we will be back!
